Vendor booth REQUESTS ONLY will be accepted between August 26 and September 26, 2016.

1) Please read the ATOA 2017 Vendor Package carefully.

2) Complete the Vendor Sign-up Form between August 26 and September 26, 2016

3) Applicants will be contacted after October 3, 2016 in regards to the success of their application. Further details on payment for final reservations will be provided at this time.

4) Once your Vendor booth(s) have been confirmed and payment has been received, you may then order customized options through Shaw Conference Centre's official contractors:
  • Goodkey Show Services - For rental of all extra booth tables, chairs and other options; pricing and other options can be found at the following link: Goodkey Show Services.
  • Showtech Power & Lighting - For options regarding power and lighting; pricing and online ordering can be found at the following link: Showtech
  • Freeman Audio Visual Canada - Although basic free Wi-Fi exists in the Shaw Conference Centre, there are no guarantees it will work in the Vendor Hall; contact this contractor to secure dedicated internet services to booths. Important Notes

  • Please DO NOT submit any payment until you have been notified to do so.
  • Deadline for A Taste of Animethon 2017 Vendor booth(s) request is on September 26, 2016 at 11:59pm MDT.
  • Please note that Vendor booths will not be assigned on a first-come first-served basis; rather, Vendor booths will be awarded based on specific selection criteria.
