Pre-registration and Registration FAQ

Pre-registration  *Pick-up Instructions*

  • Your proof of vaccination (QR code) must be presented along with your matching legal name government-issued ID. Medical exemptions and rapid tests will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure the names of the ticket holders match the person who will be using that ticket.
  • Bring ID (preferably photo) and your confirmation to pick up your pass.  For any questions or corrections, please contact registration@animethon.org.
All prices are in Canadian dollars, GST included.

  • Admission to all events for both Friday and Saturday.
  • Front-of-the-line pre-registration
  • Early access (30 minutes) to the Vendors Hall and Artist Alley on both Friday and Saturday.

  • Front-of-the-line access to all Guest Panels. (see notes)
  • Front-of-the-Line access to all Guest Autographs. (see notes)
  • $10 merchandise voucher towards ATOA SR merchandise (with pass purchase only, see notes)

Notes   Top

  • Limited quantity of passes available.  Should passes sell out in pre-registration, there will be no at-door sales.
  • X-Pass front of the line access available only prior to the start of each event.
  • X-Pass voucher has a value of up to $10 towards ATOA SR (2022) merchandise and is only valid during ATOA SR (2022). No cash value.
  • Passes are non-refundable and must be worn at all times during the event.
  • Only credit and debit will be accepted at the door for safety reasons.
  • If you need to transfer a pre-registered pass, or for any other questions or concerns, please contact registration@animethon.org by the Wednesday before the event. All passes are non-transferrable once the event begins.
Autograph Policy

For those of you who pre-registered and paid for ATOA SR (2022) passes, here's what to do next:

  • Either print out your confirmation email or have it available on a smartphone or tablet.
  • Come to the Reg Desk and bring your confirmation along with ID (1 piece of government/education-issued photo ID is preferred; 2 pieces non-photo ID accepted).
  • Wait in the Pre-Reg line at the Reg Desk and our friendly staff will check your details and get you your pass. There will be a separate line at the Reg Desk for those who pre-registered. Ask a staff member if you need directions.
  • Only the person whose name is on the pass may pick up a pass. Parent/Guardian ID can be used if the person using the pass is a minor/disabled, but that person must still be present.
