COVID Safety for ATOA:SR

Event Cancelled

At this time, A Taste of Animethon Special Reunion will proceed as planned. We have already planned the event with limited capacity and reduced seating in mind, and many safety measures have been put in place that is well within current government restrictions. We are in close communications with the Facility and will announce any changes, if any, as soon as we are made aware of them.

Attendance Requirements

(This applies to everyone: Attendees, staff, exhibitors, etc.)

  • To attend ATOA:SR, those 12 and over will be required to provide proof of double vaccination.

  • Proof of double vaccination must be your Government-issued QR code along with your matching legal name government-issued ID.

  • For those aged 5 - 11, we highly recommend having at least the first dose of COVID vaccination to attend.

  • Medical exemptions and rapid tests will not be accepted.

  • Masks must be worn at all times indoors except while consuming food and drink in designated areas. (Please refer to our “Face Covering Guidelines” below).

We will be following any additional site and government mandatory guidelines. Registration information may be used for contact tracing. Participation in the event is done at your own risk, and ASAPA will not be held liable if COVID-19 is contracted. We will not be accepting cash for in-person registration day of. We will accept credit and debit cards only. To ensure more space for everyone at the event, we will be limiting the total number of passes for sale. Passes will be only available day-of if we do not sell out during pre-reg, so we strongly advise getting your passes early to avoid disappointment.

For everyone's safety, here are some additional guidelines and policies to pay attention to:

  • As already stated in our policies (12.6), ”Large gatherings of people (such as flash mobs or performances) are permitted in hallways or outside areas as long as they do not impede the flow of traffic, or gather a large standing crowd.” We will be much stricter with gatherings of these sorts in this event to ensure that social distancing is maintained.

  • Hand Sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the convention center. Please be sure to follow appropriate personal hygiene best practices.
